- Whose rights? Illegal aliens or American citizens. I'm pretty sure the Constitution states that it is the job of the President and the Congress to protect American citizens and uphold the law.

- the ninth circuit court of appeals apparently has a history of being overturned by the SCOTUS more than any other circuit. They will hear this because it's a constitutional matter and there responsibilities that need to be clarified once and for all.
